Our in-house restaurant, which is also open to external guests, is one of the central locations of the Funivia experience. Open only for dinner, it welcomes guests in a bright and elegant dining room, with a panoramic view of the slopes, where atmosphere and cuisine come together in a natural and surprising way.

Quality is not a detail: it stems from the careful selection of raw materials, including local, zero-kilometre products and Italian excellence, and takes shape thanks to the passion and experience of our chef Federico and all the staff.

Flavours of Valtellina…

The great local dishes are at the heart of our menu. Pizzoccheri, sciatt, polenta taragna, bresaola, sc’mödin, venison salmì – and much more! – they describe the valley in a direct and authentic way, with dishes that respect tradition and bring it into the present. Ricette che parlano la lingua del luogo, portando con sé non solo un gusto unico, ma anche un pezzetto di storia.

Alongside traditional dishes, there are fish-based options, colourful vegetarian and vegan choices, delicious starters and side dishes and a selection of meats that are a must in the mountains. Desserts complete the journey, with textures, aromas and little pleasures that you will not easily forget. Summer barbecue in the garden

During the summer season, we also offer special outdoor barbecue evenings. The chefs cook meat and vegetables in full view, while you can help yourself to the assisted buffet and sit in the garden, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the mountains. An informal and convivial opportunity to experience cuisine in a different way, taking advantage of the warm weather.

Thanks to our wine cellar, which houses Valtellina labels and national excellences, each dish is enhanced without losing its balance. A wine list designed both for wine lovers and for those who simply want a suggestion for the right glass at the right time. And to finish off in style, a wide and carefully selected range of bitter liqueurs and spirits.
