Questions, answers and useful information for organising your holiday in Bormio
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, but upon request, and if possible, we will try to accommodate your needs. Contact us directly to check the possibilities!
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open daily from 7.30 am to midnight.
Is it possible to book online?
Absolutely! You can book directly on our website or via the contact form, and it’s always worth it!
Are there any outdoor areas available for customers?
Yes, we have a large garden with panoramic views.
Do you have parking or a garage? Is it possible to reserve it?
Yes, we have free outdoor parking and a covered garage available for a fee. You can only reserve a space in the covered garage.
Do the rooms have balconies?
Almost all of our rooms have a balcony, with the exception of the Junior Suite on the top floor and some Classic rooms.

Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have equipped rooms and there are no particular architectural barriers in the building. In any case, we recommend that you contact us directly to verify that our services can guarantee you an optimal holiday based on your personal needs.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, our generous sweet and savoury breakfast buffet is always included in the price of your stay and is available from 7.30am to 10am.
Do you have an in-house restaurant?
Yes, we have an in-house restaurant with an à la carte menu open only for dinner, offering typical Valtellina dishes, national specialities and vegetarian or vegan options. We do not offer half-board, so you can always decide how best to organise your time.
Do you have any suggestions for people with coeliac disease and/or intolerances?
Our chef always takes great care in preparing dishes suitable for people with coeliac disease or specific food intolerances. Please contact us before your arrival to let us know your requirements.
Are there any specific services for cyclists?
Our hotel is designed primarily for cyclists, which is why we offer various dedicated services such as an internal bike room with video surveillance, an area equipped for washing and maintaining bikes, a washing service for technical clothing and organised excursions with our Stelvioman. The attention to detail continues at mealtimes with the “Road packed lunch” containing fruit and bars for excursions, an energy-boosting afternoon snack and a breakfast corner designed for sports enthusiasts.
Can I hire a bicycle on site?
Absolutely! Thanks to our partnerships with various rental companies here in Bormio, you can hire road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes and e-bikes, without necessarily having to bring your own. Ask us for help, we will be happy to guide you in choosing the perfect vehicle for you.
Do you organise guided bike tours?

Do you have a wellness centre and a swimming pool? Is there a charge for access?
We have an intimate and cosy spa with a sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area and a small indoor pool, open daily from 3pm to 8pm. On the third floor, there is also a brand new Private Spa for exclusive use, equipped with a sauna and Turkish bath, available upon reservation for individual or couple relaxation moments. Access to the spa is free for bookings made directly with the hotel, while the private spa is accessible at an additional cost and upon reservation.
Do you have a gym?
Yes, we have a small gym with Technogym equipment for cardio and muscle training inside the hotel, and during the summer our exclusive open-air gym is available. We have instructors and fitness and yoga classes throughout the year.
Is it possible to book a massage?
Yes, we have a dedicated massage area in our wellness centre or in the Wellbeing Room, and you can book your favourite massage directly at the hotel or by contacting us before your arrival (recommended during busy periods).
Do you accept pets?
We accept small and medium-sized dogs only in Classic and Superior rooms, with a supplement of €15 per day. They are allowed in all common areas, except for the restaurant and wellness areas.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have Wi-Fi coverage both in the rooms and in the common areas.
Is there a smoking area in the hotel?
No, there are no smoking areas and smoking is strictly PROHIBITED, even in the rooms.
Do you offer transfers to/from the airport?
Upon request, we rely on our partner Elma Viaggi for transport services to and from airports.

Do you offer a laundry service?
Our bike treatment includes a laundry service for technical clothing. On request and for a fee, we can also provide a laundry service for your clothing.
How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?
Ci troviamo all’arrivo della famosa Pista Stelvio e a 200 metri dagli impianti di risalita.
How far is the centre of Bormio?
The centre is located approximately 300 metres from the hotel and can be easily reached via a footbridge.
How far away are the Bormio Thermal Baths?
Bormio has three thermal spas:
● Bormio Terme, located in the village, approximately 500 metres from the hotel
● QC Terme Bagni Nuovi, located approximately 3 km from the hotel
● QC Terme Bagni Vecchi, located approximately 5 km from the hotel
What does Adults Friendly+12 mean?
Adults Friendly+12 is our holiday concept that welcomes guests aged 12 and over. We don’t want to exclude children – in fact, we love them! – but our spaces are designed for adults, so children would not find an environment tailored to their needs and would not receive the attention they deserve.
