You’ll find pizzoccheri della Valtellina (buckwheat pasta, which is similar to tagliatelle, topped with Casera cheese, parmesan, savoy cabbage and butter) local cold cuts and cheeses, traditional roasted meat with vegetables or local cheeses. Appetizers are composed of our yummy and delicious sciatt (crispy, fried buckwheat balls hiding a heart of tasty, melted cheese.)
