Our Chef, Mauro Vitalini and his staff lead by Marco Bonetti, prepare a new menu every day using seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. Mediterranean flavours are married perfectly with our traditional Valtellinese dishes. Our Chef is an active sportsman and enthusiastic cyclist who is serious about providing a varied selection of dishes that are tasty and also healthy and low fat – ideal for those on an active holiday or simply wanting to relax and unwind.
